Compass Associates are working with a reputable care home provider who have a number of services throughout the North. They are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work nights only within their medium sized nursing home in Harrogate. The home has a person-centred dementia unit which has recently been commissioned to offer expert nursing care for people living with dementia as well as offering general nursing care.
The Candidate
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service. You will be responsible for supervise the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members and will work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.
This is a permanent position, working 44 hours per week, nights only.
Requirements
NMC registration with no limitations to practice
2 years post-registration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience working in elderly care / care home setting
