Overview
We are collaborating with a reputable healthcare provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a medium-sized care home in Pencoed, which offers specialised care for older individuals, including those with dementia and respite needs. The ideal candidate should possess experience in elderly care, ideally within a nursing home, along with up-to-date clinical practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN/RMN
- NMC registration
- 1 years’ experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team

This home is based in the centre of Pencoed and can be commutable from Bridgend, Cardiff, Porthcawl and Port Talbot.
