Compass Associates are currently working with a leading provider within the care and education sector. We are searching for a strong minded Registered Manager to oversee a residential program for young adults who have recently been released from prison who seek support with mental health, particularly with substance misuse and additions. The ideal candidate is expected to be experienced iwth service users with complex addiction issues.

Who are we looking for?

– Management experience within the adult care sector

– Exposure in substance misuse, alcoholism or addictions(essential)

– Strong knowledge of compliance

– Background of working in probation service(ideally)

– Value driven mindset with strong leadership skills

– A team player, great management skills and a passion for care

Location

The service is situated in the Shropshire Area, commutable from Birmingham, Shrewsbury, Telford, Kidderminster and Oswestry.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday with on call requirements depending on the needs of the service.
