Interview Process:
As an Registered Manager, you will be requested to participate in a one-stage interview process that will include an interview via MS teams.This competency-based interview will assess your prior experience working in a Mental Health context as well as your nursing skills.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC pin(RGN/RMN/RMLD)
- Proven expertise in managing challenging behaviour and implementing Positive Behaviour Support (essential).
- Established record of success in a management role within the social or healthcare sector (essential).
- Strong commercial acumen to facilitate effective service delivery and development, personnel management, budget oversight, business development, and revenue generation.
- A leadership style that is both inclusive and supportive is critical for providing direction and implementing necessary changes in this role.
- Experience in collaborating with external agencies, including CQC, Safeguarding, and CCGs.
- A dedicated commitment to a person-centred approach, ensuring the provision of high-quality services that enable individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Salary and Benefits:
As a Registered Manager, you will be eligible for a salary package of up to £60,0000 per year (DOE). Please keep in mind that this salary is experience-based, and you may be offered a slightly lower offer based on your years of experience.
