Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities:
£36,000 – £39,000:
Compass Associates are supporting a national provider of a wide range of Care & Support to Adults living with Mental Illness. We're supporting the recruitment for a Registered Manager to oversee a small CQC Registered Residential Home in Warminster. This particular service is designed to support people with regaining life skills in order to transition to supported living, with the aim of supporting people to achieve maximum independence.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Registered Manager in either Supported Living or Residential services. We will also consider a experienced Deputy who is looking to step up. Experience working within services for people with Mental Health needs such as bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder would be highly desirable, however experience with Learning Disabilities, ASD, Challenging Behaviour & Complex Needs will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have completed their QCF Level 5 or be willing to enroll on the course in addition to having in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations.
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
Contributory Pension Scheme
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Warminster, commutable from Salisbury, Bath, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Devizes, Frome, Shepton Mallet and surrounding areas of Wiltshire and Somerset boarders.
