Registered Manager – Learning Disability | Residential Service
Up to £45,000 per annum + 10% bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s team and lead one of their Residential services in the Suffolk area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to their service users, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

Who are we looking for?
- Level 3 (NVQ) Diploma in Health and Social Care or RMA (Registered Manager Award)
- Great knowledge of CQC and their guidelines.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Manager in a similar care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
