Compass Associates are working with a small, established and growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the South.

We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on a brand new residential home in Swindon. This is a purpose built development with significant investment in the design and build to make this a state of the art flagship service. The site will compromise of a 6 bedroom residential home for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour. In addition, there will be an adjacent supported living servicewhich can support up to 14 people. The role will hold the CQC registration for the residential service, and will also have day to day oversight of the supported living complex, however this will fall under an existing registration.

The home will be due to open once a successful hire is made, with a pipeline of referrals in the waiting.

Person Specification:

Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism.

We’re ideally looking for someone who also has completed their Level 5 in Health & Social Care, however those without Level 3 will also be considered on the basis they will enrol on the Level 5.

Ideally we’re seeking individuals who are experienced with completing new client assessments and had exposure to liaising with external stakeholders.
