Compass Associates is exclusively working with a highly respected social care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities complex needs and behaviours that challenge in their Supported Living homes. Together, we are looking to recruit for an experienced Registered Manager to establish a specialised brand-new Supported Living service based in Hammersmith & Fulham.


This role involves overall responsibility a new Supported Living Service, working alongside the Head of Care to ensure that the best quality of specialist care is given to the adults. You will provide exemplary leadership and make a difference to the adult’s lives. The service is modern with the latest Assistive Technologies used to track and record care for the service users.

It is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to develop the service from its inception, recruit your own team and work closely with Local Authorities and ICB’s to truly make a difference to the service users’ lives.

The Supported Living service will be delivering the highest specialist support to adults with Learning Disabilities / dual diagnosis therefore experience working in a similar setting is essential. As the Registered Manager,you will be responsible for holding the CQC Registration and must have the capabilities and confidence to lead a service and provide an outstanding level of care to adults with such complexities.

Currently a Registered Manager with an NVQ Level 5
Supported Living management experience
Committed to building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of the CQC regulation and its application in line with regulated activities
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about Learning Disabilities
Clear DBS

Interview Process
2 stages, 1st stage will be an competency based interview via Teams, 2nd stage will be at the service.
