Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established provider of case management and expert witness services, to recruit a Registered Manager to join them and support their Case Managers across the North West.

The organisation provides case management support for adults and children who have complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. Due to their complex backgrounds, clients are referred via solicitors who specialise in clinical negligence and the medico-legal sectors,as they are going through the litigation process.

The Registered Manager will support Case Managers, who deliver bespoke complex care packages, by ensuring they are following CQC guidelines, reports are regularly updated and the service remains compliant.

The Candidate

This role requires a candidate who has previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager and is well-organised, quality and compliance focused, has excellent communication skills and is self-motivated. The main priorities of the role are skill-set dependent so the ideal candidate can come from backgrounds within domiciliary, complex care, elderly, mental health or social care backgrounds.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is £40’000 per annum plus many benefits including:

Essential Criteria

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years Registered Manager experience
  • Full driving license
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have great organisational skills.
  • Be able to work independently and part of a team.
  • Have well-developed time management and leadership skills.
  • CQC and CIW registration will be required

Location

This role is a hybrid position with expectation to be present within the head office and complete various client visits.

Interview Process

The interview process involves an informal conversation with the Head of Business Operations and then a 2nd formal interview on site.
