I am proud to be working with an established Home Care provider who have been successfully enabling their customers to remain at home since the 80’s. The provider has an excellent reputation with various stakeholders providing care to older and younger adults across the UK. Due to recent movements within the business, the company are now looking for a new Registered Manager for their Nottingham branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a new manager to put their stamp on an established branch and continue to grow it to run at nearly 6000 hours per week as well as aiming to move the service from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ in line with CQC requirements.
The Candidate
I am looking to speak with candidates from either a complex, or domiciliary care background who is a strong people manager and can lead a team successfully. They will be someone who has the breadth and depth to develop and maintain successful relationships within the local community, NHS and ICB. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth, whilst delivering quality care to the community.
Requirements
Background and knowledge in Home Care
Dedicated and passionate about person-centred care
Positive, pro-active winning mindset to be hands on and get on with the role autonomously
Level 5 in Health and Social Care (ongoing or willing to work towards)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Proven track record of successfully managing home care branches
UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
