Summary:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one the country’s Prominent Children’s care providers who are inviting applications from dedicated Registered Managers to join their award-winning team, where they will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to Children and young people in residential environments.
This organisation is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee one of their 4-bedded children’s homes, which provides care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be supported by a dedicated team of staff, including a Deputy Manager, to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
The role will require you to work within a 4-bedroom home with Children, you’ll be ensuring that the daily operations of the home runs smoothly and maintaining the quality standards set by the company and OFSTED.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care within the home, ensuring outstanding progress for children while overseeing day-to-day management, strategic planning, and service development. Leading a team of professionals, you will provide therapeutic care tailored to each child, focusing on achieving the best outcomes. As a positive role model, you will foster trust-based relationships to support recovery, growth, and lasting change. Additionally, you will mentor staff, organize work patterns, facilitate QCF level 3 care training, conduct performance reviews, and manage the budget and financial performance of the home, all while safeguarding and promoting the well-being of the children and young people in your care.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will involve a 15-minute phone interview with the Registered Manager, followed by a second stage, which will be an MS Teams call with the Regional Manager.
