Registered Manager – Adults with Autism, Cerebral Palsy & Mobility Needs Residential Living Service – Adults£42,000 Per Annum + Bonus SchemeDeal
Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK's leading national providers within the Adult Social Care market providing Residential and Supported Living services across the UK to headhunt for a Registered Manager to overlook the management of a 9 bedded residential service, offering care to service users with Autism, Cerebral Palsy & Mobility Needs.
This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of this 'Good' rated service, reporting to and working alongside the Regional Operations Manager, you will be taking in the CQC Registration for a successful and settled residential home.
As the Registered Manager, you will have the chance to develop and improve the service with a vision to take it to an Outstanding and work alongside equally passionate colleagues trying to make a difference to the service users' lives.
The service is located in Deal.
Work Pattern Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service + on call with the rest of the management team
Criteria – NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management / RMA or equivalent – Experience as a CQC Registered Manager for a similar setting – Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism – Good people management skills – Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards- A role model, providing exemplary support and advice to promote good practice – Exceptional communicator, team player, empathetic and excellent people skills – Clear DBS / CRB Interview
1st Stage will be a Telephone call with the Recruitment Manager.

2nd Stage are then to be held face to face with the Regional Operations Manager.

3rd and final stage to have a MS Teams with the Managing Director.

Salary The role is paying £42,000 per annum
