Together we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to join their Residential service in the Sutton area to support those with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Health needs. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the well-being and development of the residents in your care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small residential home
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
- Lead a team of compassionate professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Location
This role is based near Sutton and is commutable from Mitcham, Streatham, Redhill, Croydon, Epsom, Wimbledon and Surbiton.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Management experience within a residential/supported living setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals with Learning Disability and Mental Health needs
- Strong knowledge of compliance
