Compass Associates are currently working with a well established provider within the Health & Social Care Sector. We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a newly built Residential Service due to open this year,specialising in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and other complex needs for young adults situated in the Swansea region.
We are collaboratively seeking for a strong minded Manager who has previously been registered and can hit the ground running for the purpose built home. The ideal candidate will the same vision for growth as the provider, maintaining a good standard of care and seeks to elevate the service.
Who are we looking for?
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management/ equivalent
- Experience as a Manager within a Residential setting looking after adults
- Strong knowledge of compliance
- Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Value driven mindset who is a good communicator
- A Team player, great management skills and a passion for care
- Clear DBS / CRB
Location
The service is situated in the Swansea Area, commutable from Pontardawe, Lanneli, Bridgend, Ammanfrod, Glyneath and Morriston.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday with on call requirements depending on the needs of the service.
