Registered Manager – Adult Residential – Learning Disabilities
Location: West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience

Remit
Compass Associates are working with an adult social care provider who have a number of residential and nursing homes throughout the UK. The company are passionate about providing exceptional care and support for people with intellectual disabilities creating a warm and inclusive environment where their service users can live a fulfilling and independent life.
They are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join them overseeing a 13 bedded residential services in West Bridgford. The service providers personal care and support to people with a learning disability, sensory impairment and dementia and is rated GOOD in all areas with CQC.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager to put their own stamp on a service and work with the team to strive towards an Outstanding rating.
Requirements
- Studying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (full support given)
- Previous experience working as a Manager in a similar setting
- Background of working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
- Excellent and in-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
- Clear DBS / CRB
