As part of their ongoing expansion they are actively recruiting a Registered Manager to join their brand new adults service in Orrell, Wigan. This will be 4 beds, providing support to adults with learning disabilities across a connected property with 2 beds in each.
Requirements• Studying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (full support given)• 3 years minimum management experience in a similar setting• Background of working with children with autism and/or learning disabilities• Knowledge of Ofsted standards• Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
• Clear DBS / CRB
Interview ProcessInformal phone call with the Director of Operations followed by a more formal interview with their Area Manager which will be combined with a site visit.
