Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established charity who provide care in the community, to recruit a Registered Manager to join them in their branch in Chester. Their homecare service delivers bespoke packages of care for clients with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.

The Candidate

My client is looking for an experienced Manager who can come in and hit the ground running and take the care service to the next level. They are looking for a strategic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can help elevate the business. The company are looking for an individual who can maintain the excellent relationship that the business has with local authorities.

The ideal candidate will need to be a creative and dynamic individual that has experience working with individuals with learning disabilities across either a residential, supported living or homecare setting.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is £37’000 per annum with many benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave + 8 day paid bank holidays

Essential Criteria

  • Opportunity for study and further qualification with a range of development activities available
  • 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave with additional leave at 3, 5 and 10 years’ service

This role will be based across Chester and Winsford – 3 days of the week will be within the Chester head office and services and the other 2 days across the services in Winsford.

Interview Process

The interview process involves an formal interview with the Chief Officer and a Trustee then a site visit to visit the services.
