Compass Associates are working with an adult social care provider who have a number of residential and supported living services UK wide. They are one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, PMLD, deafness, hearing loss and associated complex needs.
They are actively seeking a Registered Manager to join their 6 bedded service in St Helens. The service provides specialist residential accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs.
The service has recently been CQC inspected and has achieved Good in all areas and is looking for a Registered Manager to continue to make the necessary improvements to achieve Outstanding.
REQUIREMENTSStudying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (full support given)Previous experience working as a Manager in a similar settingBackground of working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilitiesExcellent and in-depth knowledge of CQC standards and complianceStrong people management skills, communicator, team playerClear DBS / CRB
