I am currently working in partnership with a new domiciliary care provider who is looking to appoint a Registered Manager to develop and grow the business whilst providing a quality service to elderly members of the community.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead, inspire and support the care team
- Manage budgets and maintain effective resource allocation
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure personalised and compassionate care
- Drive business development initiative to expand and enhance the service, including identifying opportunities for growth, building partnerships and improving client outreach
- Implement quality management and improve systems
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced Registered Manager within the care sector, ideally within domiciliary care. You will also have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and compliance. Importantly, you will have a track record of growing a business and be efficient at recruiting care staff. You will ideally be NVQ Level 5 Qualified or willing to work towards this qualification.
This role pays a competitive salary of £37,000 – £45,000+ benefits.
