I am working in partnership with a leading home care provider in Sheffield who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person centred care and support. Due to their successes, they have been awarded a new contract with the local authority and are looking for a Registered Manager to assist them in managing the new workload.

The Role

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of your service. Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. This is an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation who are looking for individuals who are committed to developing and enhancing the service.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are an experienced Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting. You will also have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, and you must have a driver’s licence with access to a car.
