Are you an experienced domiciliary care manager who is looking to work for a home care organisation that can offer progression and development?

We are working with the largest home care provider in Liverpool but who have built an impressive client portfolio due to their hard work and reputation of delivering excellent care to the community. They have a vacancy available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their large support team whilst delivering a high volume of care hours to their clients.

As the Registered Manager you will be working with a warm, friendly team supporting care in the Liverpool area. You will be involved in a variety of managerial duties involving:

  • Day to day management of the branch
  • Quality of care delivery
  • CQC compliance
  • Establishing good working relationships with Local Authority Contracts and Commissioning Teams, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Care Management Teams
  • Growing the business
  • Training and retention of staff
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to staff and service users
  • Implementing company policies and procedures
  • Preparation and delivery of reports to the senior management team
  • Managing internal audit systems

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced Registered Manager in Home Care and within a large organisation delivering a minimum of 2000 care hours per week. You will have solid business acumen and a willing to grow the branch hours. It is also essential that you have worked with local authorities and have a good reputation in the field.

In return, this organisation is offering a salary of £45,000 – £55,000 which is market leading within domiciliary care.
