Registered Lead Nurse (Nights) – Elderly Nursing Home

Rate:£23.00ph doe, 48 hour per week (with a potential Earning of£57,408per annum)

Qualification:RGN *Good Clinical Skills*

Hours:(12hr Night Shift) 08:00pm to 08:00am(Paid Breaks included)

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Birkenhead, Liverpool area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment and a passion for elderly Care.

The Candidate

As a Registered Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service. You will be responsible for supervising the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members and will work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.

This is a permanent position, working 48 hours per week on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• NMC registration with no limitations to practice
• UK Nursing Experience is essential
• 2 Year’s post-registration experience.
• 1 Year’s Nursing Home experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience working in elderly care / care home setting

Interview Process

There is a 2-stage interview process –

– Pre-Screening call.

– Face to Face Interview at the home with the Clinical Lead and Home Manager.

Liverpool City Centre – Approximately 20-30 minutes away,

Chester – Around a 30-minute drive,

Ellesmere Port – About 20 minutes,

Southport – Roughly a 40-minute drive,

Wrexham – Approximately 50 minutes,

St Helens – About 30 minutes away,

West Kirby – Approximately 30 minutes,

Formby – Around 40 minutes,
