Compass Associates are working with an established and growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the Midlands.
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on a residential home in Loughborough. The service supports up to 7 adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour.
Person Specification:
Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism.
We’re ideally looking for someone who also has completed their Level 5 in Health & Social Care, however those without Level 3 will also be considered on the basis they will enrol on the Level 5.
