Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client, as an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Registered Manager for their medium sized nursing home based in Wanstead.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and can effectively supervise individuals and a team. The role will suit someone who is caring, friendly, empathetic and has a good understanding of the needs of our residents.
Above all else, you’ll promote resident independence, choice, dignity and respect by upholding the highest standards of care and continuously striving for improvement.
Requirements:
- Nurse Qualification or NVQ 5(or higher) in care, or other relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of the care sector.
- Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to care homes.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills both written & verbal.
- Provide cover & attend emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- Hasa good understanding with electroniccare plans/ EMAR etc…
