About:

I am working with a leading provider of Autism and Learning Disabilities, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals who need support. They are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, and are currently seeking a Registered Contract Manager to help oversee x2 services next to each other in Kent.

Role Overview:

As the Contract Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living services. You will ensure that the residents receive the highest standard of care leading your staff team in the home and report to your Head of Service.

Located in Gravesend commutable from Maidstone, Croydon, Chatham, Darford, Brentwood

Salary

This role is paying up to £45,000

Requirements

-NVQ 4 or above

– Proven experience in a management role within this setting

– Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Budget management experience.

-PBS experience
