Registered Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care
Salary: Up to £36,000 (D.O.E)

Compass Associates are partnering with a world-leading provider for non-medical care, offering person-centred homecare to elderly individuals in Coventry and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Our client is looking for a caring and passionate individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a small branch in Coventry, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business, by also providing the highest quality of care to all clients.
- A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- A very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- The ability to build fantastic working relationships.
- Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
- The drive and motivation to develop our care services.
- Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
- Flexible to meet the demands of the business.
Location:
This position is based in Coventry and is commutable from Holbrooks, Wood End, Upper Stoke and Walsgrave on Sowe.
