Compass Associates are currently working with one of the largest providers of Children’s Residential Care in the UK. They specialise in working with children and young individuals with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager or a Multi-site Registered Manager to oversee a number of Children’s Residential homes stretching across the West Midlands, Gloucestershire and North Wales.

You will support your Registered Managers in all inspections, taking the lead before and after Ofsted visits. Alongside this, you will have budgetary responsibilities in line with the organisation’s policies.

If this sounds like your skill set and something you would like to know more about I would love to have a chat with you.

Work PatternMonday – Friday, flexibility of managing your own diary.

You would be covering the remit of West Midlands, Gloucestershire and North Wales.
You will receive a £3,600 travel allowance with this role.
