Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Regional Director of Sales for a highly impressive, medium sized Independent Living provider.

My client operate 30 Independent Living communities spanning multiple States.

This role would ideally suit an innovative and experienced Regional Director of Sales that is passionate about helping senior residents find their perfect home. As the Regional Sales Director,working closely with the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and driving revenue potential for x6 communities across the States of Virginia and Oklahoma.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent / Assisted Living. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in creative marketing and selling techniques with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service.

Requirements

3 Years experience as a Sales Director in a regional capacity or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living (Essential)

Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy

Passion for senior care

Excellent customer service skills
