I’m current representing a private healthcare provider who have recently gone through expansion and are looking for a referral engagement manager to join their team. In this role you will be managing and building national referrer engagement capabilities including generating leads, building relationships and exceed revenue forecast targets. You will ensure you are implementing processes to drive efficiencies, objective setting, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for understanding their client’s needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand. Their approach is bespoke, combining cutting edge technology with a compassionate touch to ensure comfort and clarity throughout your journey to better vision.
I am looking for candidates who have previous exposure to a sales or business development manager role where they have face to face sales experiences. Ideally involved currently within the ophthalmology world and is able to come in and hit the ground running.
This position offers a hybrid element to working. It is Monday to Friday with some very occasional weekend work throughout the year. You will be based in Southampton once per week and then the rest of the week will be visiting other clinic and meeting new clients or working from home. Previous Experience
- 5 + years exposure to working in healthcare
- Desired experience in ophthalmology
