Practice Manager | Private Dentist & Skin Clinic

Up to £50,000 per annum plus discretionary bonuses
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for dentistry and cosmetics? Are you a creative and proactive individual with a track record of growing and developing private patient referrals?
We are recruiting on behalf of a private dentist and skin clinic based in and around London, including their flagship service in Harley Street. This role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help drive their growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a business strategy for the clinic, with the aim of increasing private patient referrals. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that the clinic’s services are marketed effectively and that the quality of service is maintained at all times.
Additionally, you will be expected to research and identify new opportunities for growth and development, as well as developing new initiatives to further enhance the clinic’s private patient base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management. Experience in the dentistry and skin care sector is preferred but not essential. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will possess a strong business acumen and be able to think strategically and creatively.
