Compass Associates is excited to be working with a prominent UK retail pharmacy chain to recruit a Pharmacy Practice Manager for their Ellesmere Port team. This role is open to individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds, including those with experience in primary care, secondary care, or even newly qualified professionals. About the Role

In this role, you will:

– Deliver pharmacy services to a diverse range of customers.

– Provide expert advice and medication guidance to patients.

– Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

– Lead and support a team to maintain high standards of care.

– Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy

– Drive business growth and achieve KPIs

Requirements

– Qualified Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

– Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
