What You’ll Be Doing– Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.- Focus on improving the commercial success of the pharmacy.- Ensuring the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly.- Providing support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians and dispensers where appropriate.- Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.- Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.
What You’ll Bring– Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)- MPharm, BPharm or equivalent.- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.- Proven post qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
LocationThis Community Pharmacy is based in Boston, commutable via Grantham, Spalding and Skegness.
