My client is looking for a new Peripatetic Branch Manager to take the reins in one of their established branches, steering it towards continued growth and maintaining its minimum of “Good” rating with CQC. The successful candidate will feel as though they own their own Domiciliary Care company, but with the backing and support of a well-respected brand.

The CandidateThe successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth. They will be innovative, motivated, and will be able to hit the ground running, knowing exactly how to promote growth within the business, whilst maintaining the company’s vision and values for person-centered care.

PackageThe successful candidate will receive a salary up to £40,000 plus a host of great benefits. The holidays are 23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years of service. This is a country wide business, with tons of progression opportunities within it.

RequirementsExperience of working within the care sector at management level.
Strong business acumen.
Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and the KLOE’s.
Level 5 in Health and Social Care (ongoing or willing to work towards).
UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
Managing and supporting multiple branch teams across the South East Region, particularly those without Registered Managers/limited staffing.
Managing quality standards to ensure full compliance with CQC
Maximise business growth and profitability
Ensure branches are consistently exceeding service standards
