Position Overview:

Together we are seeking a dedicated PBS Manager to oversee thesupported living services for individuals with complex learning difficulties and autism. In this role, you will implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career, with the potential to become a Registered Manager within theorganisation, supported by comprehensive training and mentorship.This role will be responsible for x2 Supported Living Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of PBS strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and support a team of dedicated support staff, providing training and guidance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Contribute to the overall development and improvement of our supported living services.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a management role within social care, particularly with individuals with learning difficulties and autism.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.

What We Offer:

A salary of up to £45,000 plus career development, training and the ability to progresswith the company.
