We are working with an elderly care provider who is looking to recruit a number of Operations Consultants who will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks across the remit in the UK. This is a new role for our client who deliver home care for elderly and vulnerable people across the UK and have created a brand that stands out from its competitors as a high-quality care provider. The successful candidate will have responsibility implementing and driving operational excellence across the remit as well as identify and sharing best practice across the group from training, commercials, people, culture, quality, systems & processes, marketing, branding, troubleshooting etc. This is a truly unique role that offers future employees the opportunity to utilise their best strengths to the maximum.

We are looking for candidates with current Multisite Management experience preferably within the health and social care sector evidencing they have a good understanding of achieving key operational & commercial outcomes. The candidate must be an operator who likes to get 'stuck in' and lead from the front, someone who knows who to lead a successful team to ensure clients are provided with the best possible care .

Having experience of using various care systems will be beneficial, as will having multisite management experience. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and support the Business Development Managers in the day to day running of the remit in order for strategic goals and targets to be met.

In return, my client is offering a competitive salary of circa £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.

The interview process consists of two stages, the first of which is informal and the second is a formal face-to-face interview.
