Overview:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading force in the private healthcare sector, who are inviting applications from dedicated OTs to join their esteemed team in Northampton in a Lead Occupational Therapist position. With an illustrious history spanning nearly three decades, this organisation has emerged as a trailblazer in delivering unparalleled healthcare services.
The group you will be joining provides inpatient support to adults with ill-mental health, and is set in a beautiful landscape and converted Victorian manor house. In order to help the service provide specialised and evidence-based treatment that are proven to help tackle the issues faced by its service users, we are working in partnership to headhunt for a Lead Occupational Therapist to oversee their established OT department, in conjunction with the Medical Director, and oversee your own caseload.
Location:
The role will be covering three services, all located near Northampton (within 15 mins of each other), and is commutable from Leicester, Peterborough, St. Neots, Bedford, Luton, Oxford, Banbury, Coventry, Birmingham and other surrounding towns and villages.
Criteria:
HCPC Registered as an Occupational Therapist
2+ years’ experience within any mental health setting
Shift Pattern:
As a Lead OT, you will work a standard Mon – Fri pattern with the flexibility to set your daily hours to your own needs.
Interview Process:
This will be a one-stage process carried out with a panel including the Medical Director and a Hospital Manager.
Salary and Benefits:
This Lead Occupational Therapist position pays up to circa £56,000 (Band 8A) but is flexible depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package as follows:
