We are working with a highly regarded and established provider that offers a range of long-term, short-term, and respite care services in nursing, residential, and dementia care environments.

My client is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Home Manager to oversee a medium-sized care home, providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents within the service. The home is in need of a Home Manager capable of nurturing and motivating a dedicated team of carers to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. The Home has a history of achieving favourable CI ratings during previous inspections.

The Candidate
It is essential that the suitable candidate can empower and encourage the staffing team within the home to provide high quality care. They must be able to build strong relationships with the Care Inspectorate and the local authority to ensure the home maintains is excellent reputation within the area. The Home Manager must be able to evidence previous successful CI inspections.

This role is based in Renfrewshire, and is commutable from Glasgow, Greenock, Irvine and Kilmarnock.

Interview Process
The interview process will be 3 stages.

Stage one: Pre-screen
Stage two: Teams interview with Regional Manager
Stage Three: Formal interview with the Managing Director

My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager with care home experience, where the successful candidate can ensure the home is meeting the requirements set out by the CI. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £55k per annum + benefits.
