Home Manager | Elderly Care
Salary circa £45k per annum
Compass Associates are thrilled to be working with a care provider who are well-established in the sector and hold a successful portfolio of care homes. They are looking to add an experienced Home Manager to their management team, who will support the overall development of the service.
This opportunity joins a care home providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents that boasts a stable internal structure. The staff team are settled in their roles and work well together, while occupancy is frequently high due to fantastic links within the local community. This home has plenty of potential for a Home Manager who is confident in a hands-on, collaborative approach to care.
In this position, the successful manager will focus on staff development, quality assurance and maintain person-centred care across the home. Requirements for the position include a background in care management, a working knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and an overall passion for elderly care. The role will involve autonomy over the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and residents receive fantastic support.
The role allows for an existing Home Manager to join a company that is communicable, knowledgeable and puts an emphasis on staff support.
