Health and Wellness Director – Assisted Living

Spokane, Washington

Salary up to – $130,000

Compass Associates have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Health and Wellness Director for this fantastic Senior Living community based locally to Spokane, Washington.

My client is a small"luxury" senior care provider with an excellent reputation spanning multiple States.

The successful candidate will be LPN qualified, and have previous experience in a similar capacity within senior care and an evidenced record of success.

Key Responsibilities Include;

Responsible for Memory Care and Assisted Living operations acting as a key contact

Maintaining high levels of customer service / resident satisfaction through consistent high quality delivery of services

Schedule and oversee new resident transitions

Establish optimum service plans in full compliance to state, federal and company regulations.

Lead and oversee care teams in collaboration with the Executive Director

Responsible for family liaison and high levels of customer service

Requirements;

State of Washington Licensed Practical Nurse Required

Previous experience in a similar capacity within Senior Care, ideally memory care

Excellent leadership skills

Evidenced track record of providing the highest levels of customer service.

Location

The facility is based locally to to Spokane and is commutable from Cheney, Airway Heights, Deer Park, Coulee City, Ellensburg and surrounding areas.
