Job Title: Dietitian – Neurological Centre
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Overview:
Compass Associates is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider for a skilled Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team at a purpose-built neurological centre. In this role, you will support individuals with acquired brain injuries, developing bespoke nutrition care plans that empower residents to improve their quality of life and reach their personal health goals. Working within a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to shape treatment plans, provide expert dietary advice, and support both service users and their families.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Dietitian, your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking detailed assessments to calculate and plan the nutritional needs of residents with neurological conditions.
- Developing personalised dietary plans that take into account medical, cultural, and social factors.
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting care plans to ensure the best possible nutrition for each resident.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the electronic patient system.
- Liaising closely with nursing, care, and catering teams to ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Leading on the management of nutrition strategies, including overseeing the dining room and coordinating meal planning.
- Supporting and supervising dietetic assistants where applicable.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and treatment.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC registered Dietitian.
- BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate training or experience in neurological care (acquired brain injury experience is highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A passion for working with individuals with complex care needs and a drive to improve their nutritional wellbeing.
