Salary: £35,000 p.a.

Qualification: NVQ Level 3 (Ideal but not essential)

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based near the Widford area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing or residential home environment,working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
2 years experience as Clinical Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
Previous Nursing Home experience
Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process –
Stage 1 – Interview with the Director
Stage 2 – Interview with the Home Manager & Regional Manager
Location
This role is based near the Widford area and this role is commutable from Sawbridgeworth, Thorley, Bishops Stortford, Ware, Waterford, Hertford, Hertford Heath, Roydon, Harlow and Barwick
