Salary: circa £51,500 per annum

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Qualification: RGN or RMN*Good Clinical Skills*

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Newbury area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment,working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements

Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN)

2 years experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager

Previous Nursing Home experience

Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience

Strong Clinical Skills

Genuine passion for elderly care

Ideally leadership experience within a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager capacity but my client will also consider a strong clinical Unit Manager seeking a step up.

Interview Process

There is a 2 stage interview process

Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager

Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Owner

Location

This role is based near the Newbury area and is easily commutable from Basingstoke, Kingsclear, Wasing, Cold Ash, Tadley, Highclere, Andover, Didcot, Reading and Ramsbury.
