Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Property Manager / General Manager (Property) for a highly impressive organization that provide affordable homes in the local community.

This role would ideally suit a General Manager with a background in property management. As the Community General Manager you’ll be responsible for the operational and sales aspects of the assigned community, ensuring residents receive the highest levels of service. You’ll work closely with the sales team to increase occupancy and further promote the brand whilst also overseeing the maintenance department.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Housing or Property. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in all aspects of the operational management of a community.

Requirements

3 Years experience as a General Manager within property or housing (essential)

Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy

Passion for providing first class customer service

Location

The community is based locally to Brighton, MI, commutable from; South Lyon, New Hudson, Worden and the surrounding areas.Summary
