Clinical Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care – Leading Homecare Provider (Nurse Qualified) – CQC rated OUTSTANDING

Salary: Up to £70,000+ Benefits.

Location:Camden, London (please see ‘location commutable by’ below).

Compass Associates are partnering with a leading homecare providers, offering person-centred care to elderly individuals in nationwide.

PLEASE NOTE: A valid NMC (nursing) pin is essential for this position.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a caring and passionate individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a large branch in Camden, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business, by also providing the highest quality of care to all clients.

  • A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
  • A very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A valid and in date NMC pin with experience working as a registered nurse within elderly care.
  • Full UK drivers’ licence.
  • The ability to build fantastic working relationships.
  • Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
  • The drive and motivation to develop our care services.
  • Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
  • Flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Location:

This position is based in Camden, London and is commutable from Finsbury park, Wood Green, Wembley, Cricklewood, Willesden and Harlesden.
