We are working with a leading provider of high quality surgical and diagnostic services for the NHS, conveniently located in communities rather than hospitals.

Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commissioner (CQC), they provide local, high quality NHS treatment to patients in a wide number of sites across England.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Educatorto lead the Clinical Education across all of the Clinics in the UK.

The Clinical Training Leadis responsible for delivering educational support to ensure the workforce is fit for the future and promoting the Company as a future employer to all learners, splitting their time clinically, working with students, new starters, and existing staff undertaking a variety of activities identified through job planning.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Registered practitioner with the NMC or HCPC
  • Teaching / Assessing / Mentoring experience
  • Experience working in a clinical education role
  • Theatre background would be beneficial
  • Passion for delivering excellent training and development
  • Passion for high quality patient safety and care
  • Access to a car / public transport links

This opportunity is remote, so will be planned work across the UK. Head office is in Bath, so would be good to be relatively close to there.
