Clinical Manager – Eating Disorders

Position – Clinical Manager
Base Salary – £60,000 – £65,000 depending upon experience

Compass Associates are proud to be continuing their partnership will a respected, established and growing healthcare provider who specialises within eating disorder.

This is an exciting time to join the group due to their plans to a 5 years growth plan with new sites, offering both day services and outpatient care for those with a complex eating disorder as well as those with binge eating disorder, bulimia and anorexia, offering face to face treatment both in person and online.

You will be provide clinical management, support and training as well as supervision to the growing team within outpatients, playing a pivotal role in building and shaping the clinical delivery of the service. You will be supporting the Director of Outpatients, Managing Director and CEO with ongoing development of the service and therapeutic model.

You will also be an active part of the service development, working with the SMT and leading on specialist pathways, clinical operational and case management processes and specific diagnosis focused programmes.

As the Clinical Manager, you will have a line management responsibilities within the Occupational Therapy, Family Therapy, Dietary and Social Work teams as well as managing a small caseload of c. 4 clients.

  • It is essential you have experience within eating disorder.
  • Have a clinical and a therapy approach e.g. nurse, occupational therapy, dietitian, family therapist, psychotherapy, etc.
  • Must be prepared to be onsite 5 days a week.
  • You must have good organisation skills and be able to manage both your teams and your caseload.
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent clinical governance.
  • Passionate, ambitious, dynamic and desire to want to be part of a growing organisation and wanting to make a difference within the eating disorder treatment landscape.
  • A clean DBS and NMC/HCPC registration is essential.

Salary is between £60,000-£65,000, depending upon experience, plus pension, private medical insurance, sick pay, CPD and more.

Annual leave is 25 days plus bank holidays and off over the Christmas period.

Interview Process
Interviews will be in 2 stages.

1st Stage – Informal conversation via teams or if preferred face to face.
2nd Stage – Formal interview face to face with a panel which will include the CEO, Director of Outpatients and Service Director. You will also be interviewed by the client group.
