Overview
Compass Associates is proud to be partnering alongside a growing clinically led case management and expert witness service provider in the UK. The organisation is looking to expand their Clinical Management team and together we are looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager looking to step into mentoring and overseeing a small team.
Working alongside another Clinical Manager, Head of Clinical Services and the Managing Director, you will be collaborating in providing support and continuous training for 6-8 Case Managers (mixture of HCPC and NMC qualified professionals) specialising in catastrophic brain, spinal and traumatic injuries. You will also carry a small caseload of your own clients.
We are seeking someone who is proactive and energetic, an experienced Case Manager who has guided and managed junior case managers in the past, someone with good attention to detail, strong in quality assurance and risk management with an in depth understanding of Medico Legal Case Management sector.
Location
This is a remote / home-based role which requires travel across to their offices in London twice a month and visiting your case managers and own cases when needed (across London and Oxfordshire). This is to ensure your monitoring progress and meeting with solicitors, MDT members, families and external professionals.
Requirements
– Nurse Qualified, valid NMC pin (RNLD, RMN or RGN) or those coming from Allied Health Professions (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist)with a valid HCPC pin
– Experience working within Medico Legal Case Management and catastrophic brain injuries in a senior capacity
– Previous experience in overseeing a team of Case Managers or mentoring junior Case Managers
– Good understanding of Care Quality Commission
– Passionate about long term rehabilitation and improving people’s lives from traumatic accidents
– Hands on and not afraid to be ‘out there in the field’
– Clear DBS
Interview Process
2 stages, one initial MS Teams interview with the Managing Director followed by a face-to-face interview in London with other members of the senior management team

Salary and Benefits
The salary on the position is flexible depending on experience+ car allowance at £350 per month, mileage additional company benefits includes 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days with length of service) + 8 Bank Holidays
