Compass Associates have been mandated by one of our long-established clients to help find them a new Clinical Director to manage their team of Vets and organise the future business plans in the clinics in Sussex.
This is a very exciting role where you will be working with a team of 11 Vets, 15 RVNs and a group of support staff across multiple sites in East Sussex. You will work most closely with the Primary Care Director and senior surgeons to help raise clinical standards across your clinics and grow the business revenue and profit margins.
We have state-of-the-art equipment in all our sites. This includes digital x-ray and modern diagnostics equipment, large theatres and consulting rooms and an in house lab. We have on-site orthopaedics referral equipment and work in contigency with a nearby animal hospital for any emergency and out of hours cases. There are sperate wards for dogs, cats, rabbits and an isolation ward to keep animals as calm as possible during their stay.
This is a full time, permanent position covering 40 hours per week. As the Clinical Director, you get the flexibility to organise your own schedule and work across 4 or 5 days. With regards to weekends, you are expected to join the rota in such a way that you can best support your team. There are no OOH or overnight requirements.
