This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join a brillant clinic, with a strong team of clinical staff.You will be instrumental in developing team culture by adhering to day-to-day responsibilities and facilitating the strategic company and client goals.

Salary
- Paying between £43,539 to £48,880 per annum depending on experience, plus 20% bonus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee full operational and clinical management of clinic(s) to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, preparing clinics for audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at clinic and management levels.
- Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control measures.
- Supervise, train, and support staff, nurturing a culture of continuous professional development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring Client Organizations, facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
- Management / Leadership experience
- Awareness and understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
- Understanding of clinical governance (CQC)
