Up to £75,000 per annum + Quarterly bonus review up to 20% of annual salary + Electric Company Car

Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of UK's growing providers of education, Care & Support services for children and young people with special needs and disabilities. Together we are looking for a Business Development Lead to be a part of their Development Team.
Reporting to the Operations Director & Chief Executive, you will ensure that you are the provider of choice for Children's Care and Education. You will liaise closely with the Local Authorities and CCGs and take responsibility for developing new opportunities.
As the Business Development Lead, you will be identifying new funding streams, building relationships with above and other stakeholders and enter the organisation into new markets.
The position is hybrid with travel to the Peterborough & London Office and travel across the UK.
– Experience in working in the Children's Care and Education sector
– Previous working relationships with several Local Authorities and CCGs
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Knowledge of funding for children and young people's services imperative
– Genuine care and compassion to work in the healthcare sector
– Clear DBS
Salary is up to £75,000 p/a + Quarterly bonus review up to 20% of salary, expenses paid for & a electric company car
